PDF Help

If you tried accessing some of our pdf files during a time when our website was being upgraded, you may have trouble downloading these files now.

To fix this problem, please go to the top of your screen when you are in Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" , choose "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu and delete all temporary internet files and cookies.

You should now be able to open any of the pdf files.
