DSR Double-Ended Shear Beam Tool Steel Load Cell

Double-ended tool steel load cells designed specifically for vessel weighing.These cells must be used in a mounting assembly that Pro Weigh sells as a complete made up unit.
DSR loadcells have a high side-load, downwards and upwards ultimate load of 300% of capacity, making them extremely suitable for restraining seismic loading and wind loading on weighed vessels.
When located in a DSM mount these weighing systems require no extra restraint as the load cell itself provides the restraint.
The standard nickel-plated tool steel DSR cells are perfectly suitable for outside use and will withstand severe humidity, rain and sun without corrosion.
For wash-down areas where chemicals or high temperatures are involved, Pro Weigh recommend the hermetically sealed model with welded seals.
